At the Y, we strengthen community by offering a place where everyone, regardless of age and ability, can learn about water safety and exercise in a caring environment. Do you like to swim, or want to improve your technique? Our staff believe in providing quality lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities. From infants to active older adults, our pool has a place for you!



Open Swim

Open Swim is the term we use to describe ALL hours the pool is open for youth, families and adults to enjoy recreational activities in our pool. This is a special time for families to swim and play together and for adults to water jog. Open swim is available to members for free and to non-members with the purchase of a day pass. Water Exercise Classes

At the Y there are many opportunities to be physically active including group fitness classes. Attending classes with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to stay healthy, reach personal goals, makes friends, and try something new! part of our group fitness offerings include water exercise classes which are taught by a certified and trained fitness instructor. Classes welcome to adults 14 years and older of all levels and abilities.
