At the Y there are many opportunities to be physically active including group fitness classes and Wellness Center activities. Attending classes and exercising with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to stay healthy, reach personal goals, makes friends, and try something new! With the guidance of our friendly staff, you are sure to find an activity to fit your interest and fitness level.

Wellness Center
At the Y, we provide a Wellness Center for our members to utilize. This space offers state of the art cardio, strength equipment, and more! Adults 14 years and older of all levels and abilities are welcome in the Wellness Center.

Group Fitness Classes
The Y offers group fitness classes that are welcome to adults 14 years and older of all levels and abilities. Join a certified fitness instructor for Group Cycling, Yoga Sculpt, Strength Training, Shallow Water Exercise and more!

Personal Training (One-on-One & Small Group Training)

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Group Cycling - Cycle indoors with our certified Group Cycling instructors and get a great cardiovascular workout! Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises in a fun and motivating atmosphere. All levels are welcome.

Yoga Sculpt - In this class several poses are brought together with a flow yoga style to promote core stability while developing total body strength and flexibility. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat.

Group Strength Training - Bring the weightroom to the fitness studio. Group Strength Training will help you build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle. This class uses the step, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes and more for a safe and effective total body workout.

Water Exercise - This low-impact class incorporates cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises using the water as resistance. No swimming skills are necessary.
