Senior Fitness & Health

Senior Fitness at the Y is focused on fitness programs specifically designed for older adults. Members are encouraged to participate in various fitness and wellness activities under the guidance of caring, supportive and knowledgeable staff.

Socialization is also important at the Y and there are many opportunities for Seniors to gather - whether it is enjoying a cup of coffee in our lobby, attending our Senior Potlucks, working out together in the Wellness Center or participating in our senior fitness classes. The Y is a place for everyone.
